THE PROBLEM
Strategic reporting was fragmented across manual, spreadsheet-based processes.
Performance information depended heavily on manual interpretation and individual expertise. That created challenges around consistency, governance, knowledge retention and visibility across departments.
WHAT I BUILT
A performance platform where ownership is part of the data model — not a spreadsheet convention.
The system links strategic pillars and objectives to measurable KPIs, supports monthly and quarterly planning cycles, separates editor and owner responsibilities, captures actuals, targets and forecasts, and routes changes through governed approval workflows.
- Executive dashboard, strategy map, priority matrix and RedBoard monitoring views.
- Role-aware editing and approval flows with history, diffs and auditability.
- Action plans tied back to performance gaps and strategic ownership.
- Oracle-backed data model designed to support evolving indicators, objectives and planning cycles.
ENGINEERING & DELIVERY
The work covered the full lifecycle, not only implementation.
I gathered requirements directly with editors, KPI owners and management, translated business workflows into the application, iterated with stakeholder feedback, tested real-life scenarios and access-control rules, trained users and continued maintaining the platform after launch.
OUTCOME
A governed institutional platform adopted across departments.
KPI Monitor replaced a large part of the previous spreadsheet-driven workflow with a consistent digital process around ownership, approvals and data integrity. It gave management a faster way to understand current strategic performance while giving editors a structured workflow for keeping that information current.
